Returns & Exchanges
There are no returns or exchanges on our items like they are handmade and made to order.
*If your item is damaged or there's been a mistake, you have 24 HOURS once delivered to notify me of the issue. After that I will not accept any returns.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not return in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a fee will be charged as well
Shipping Info
Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Our processing time (Time it takes to make item) is 2 weeks before it ships out.

Custom & Personalized Orders
I'll gladly work on a custom order for you, please be specific on what you want and let me know by when you need it. Also please keep in mind that prices vary. If you want a style I currently have on my shop but in a different color or theme, the price will usually stay the same. If after the first revision, you still want more changes then that's when the price will be different.
Cancellation Fee
If you cancel within the cancellation time frame, full refund will be returned or as long as I haven't made your item. If the item is already made and ready to ship, there's a cancellation fee.
